The Giggles of Wilmington is located on 6781 Parker Farm Road at the Offices of Mayfaire II behind the Harris Teeter in Mayfaire Shopping Center.
In 2013 we redesigned our center to include a custom tree house, a movie theater, and big kid room. With over 3000 square feet of fun, there isn’t a better place for kids to play while the parents get some time to themselves.

Giggles has been the such an amazing lifesaver for affordable, reliable and professional childcare and offers flexible drop-in options, summer camp and daily rates. The staff are all really friendly, know my son by name and engage with him one-on-one, listen to his specific needs and communicate with me about his time spent at Giggles. I trust all of the caregivers here, appreciate their experience and know that my child is in a safe, fun environment where he can play, do crafts and games and feel comfortable. The owner is really awesome and hires quality caregivers, many of whom have been teachers, etc. I know that all employees have been vetted and are qualified to care for my son. I honestly don’t know what I would do without Giggles. As a single mom with a son who has some special needs and is very active, I am so grateful to have found Giggles and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean, trustworthy childcare provider with lunch options and hourly rates. My son loves giggles, I love the convenience and the genuinely caring people who work here and watch him when I have to work!

Took my 18-month-old daughter for the first time today due to preschool being closed due to following New Hanover county school calendar. It was quick and easy I did not pre-register. I did however call before I went to make sure they had availability and that they welcomed us with open arms registration took a less than five minutes or so just filling out important information about Your child and the pick up person etc.. You can drop off for up to four hours. I picked her up in 3 1/2 she had a fresh clean diaper and she looked like she had a good time. She fell asleep like the moment when he got into the car so I know that they kept her active, which is great for me because that means that she’ll take a big nap. We are going to do it again a few times this week and will probably do some this summer. It look like all the kids. We’re having such a good time when we walked in this morning and pick up time. Nobody was crying nobody was screaming, and the staff were also so nice and welcoming to my sweet girl. 10 out of 10 recommend will come back again this week!

I love that the facility is clean. There are multiple versions of different interaction stations and my baby munchkin took off first sight of the tree house which is rare. Will be back when in the area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Giggles staff was very friendly, kept the facility very clean, and interacted with my children in a very respectful, friendly, educational manner. They were welcoming and did activities With them they enjoyed. My children even hugged them and thanked them on the way out. The facility is secure. Quick pick up and drop off. I will definitely use them again! I wish they were a full time facility. Affordable for 14/hr and gives discounts !

My daughter loves Giggles! It is easy and convenient and staff are always friendly, we have been using this service for over 3 years are are grateful to have this option as we do not have family close by. Also, first time enrolling our daughter in the summer camp and it will be an ongoing option for summer time, it's truly a great value for all they offer! Thank you ladies for all you do!

We love it. It is an indoor playground and they have other activities. It is convenient and frankly a life saver when you need a safe place for the kids to stay. They offer food options for lunch or dinner and provide snacks during the stay as needed. I like the staff. I never felt it was unclean or unsafe. In fact - we drive out of our way to go to this drop in vs one that is near us!

My kids enjoyed this daycare so much that they didn’t even want to leave! Haha! The staff was nice, and it was in a safe environment. The daycare was very convenient for my wife and I since we had a date night together, and we needed someone to watch the kids.

We LOVE Giggles! My oldest has been going to Giggles for 4 years. The staff there have been wonderful in helping him grow and develop. I love that everyone is so diverse and they really put the needs of the children first. They treat the kiddos and parents like family, which I very much appreciate. When we have had trying times. Amy has gone above and beyond to help us out. I cannot say enough good things about Giggles and the staff there!

My kids and I love this place. Two kids ages 3 and 2 beg me to go to giggles everyday. My oldest is obsessed and can’t get enough. My youngest has Down syndrome and the staff do a phenomenal job helping him integrate and interact with the other children. They also keep a eye out for any areas that he may need a little extra help in. We rarely miss a day and I am confident in the care and attention that my babes get while they’re playing. I trust my kids’ reactions too. They’ve shown so much excitement in wanting to be there but the love for the gals working there is obvious and heartwarming. The staff plays with the kids, they do crafts, dance and so much more. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
